BOEING 737NG INITIAL TYPE RATING

GENERAL

REGULATION SUPPORT

The training consists of three parts leading to the Boeing 737NG Type Rating skill test:

– Theoretical training
– Simulator training
– Flight training (familiarization flight)

FLEXSIM-ATO is an EASA Approved Training Organization certified by the French-European CAA. Foreign (non-EASA) ICAO training needs could be supported by our training organization. For foreign (non-EASA) ICAO lisencing, a bilateral approval with the respective Civil Aviation Authoritiy and FLEXSIM-ATO is required prior starting. Please contact us to know how to proceed.

PRE-REQUISITES

Necessary pre- requisites:

Trainees must:

 Have at least 70 hours of flight experience as PIC on aeroplanes;
 Hold a multi-engine IR (A);
➜ Have passed the ATPL (A) theoretical knowledge examinations in accordance with Part-FCL;
 Hold a certificate of completion of an MCC Course in aeroplanes, or comply with the requirements of Part FCL 720.A (d) (4) and;
➜ Hold an ICAO English level 4 or higher.

Note: An applicant for an additional MPA type rating shall hold a valid multi-engine IR (A) and 500 hours MPA.

IR-ME renewal:

A valid IR (A) rating will be renewed during the skill test.
